lingering and lost
voices cling to air
incorporeal - bodiless
naked limbs askew
leaves long shed
bare fingers raking sky

the ghost of flowers
night scent drifting
a lure in darkness

decay lifts in it's wake

wild voices rise in eerie song
a triumphant howl

Yule bonfires blaze
